The present invention relates to a filler for artificial turf having an antibacterial function and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a filler for artificial turf and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein wood is processed to manufacture a wood chip having a predetermined diameter, and a surface of the wood chip is roasted by fire to remove an edge. Moreover, the wood chip is immersed in a mixture in which salt, silver, and water are mixed to be dried, and an antibacterial composite having sericite powder is added to a surface of the wood chip to be complete. According to the present invention, eco-friendly composition having a wood chip shape using wood is provided, and an antibacterial function can be provided to prevent a wood chip from being rotted and further, to prevent the wood chip from floating on water.
본 발명은 항균기능을 갖는 인조 잔디 충진재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 나무를 가공하여 일정 직경을 갖는 우드칩을 제조하고 우드칩의 표면을 불에 구워 각을 제거하며 소금과 은(銀) 및 물이 혼합된 혼합물에 함침한 후 건조시키며 다시 우드칩의 표면에 견운모가루를 포함하는 항균조성물을 추가하여 완성하는 인조 잔디 충진재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 나무를 이용한 우드칩 형태의 친환경 구성을 제공하면서 항균기능을 가지며 우드칩이 썩는 것을 방지함과 더불어 물에 뜨는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
