The present invention relates to an exterior panel of a building expected to reduce installation time and construction costs due to simplification of an installation process and, more specifically, relates to an exterior panel including a chassis portion provided on an outer wall of a building and a panel portion coupled to a central portion of the chassis portion, wherein the chassis portion comprises: a panel connection portion coupled while supporting a circumferential surface of the panel portion; a water blocking connection portion extending from the panel connection portion, and formed on the circumference surface of the panel connection portion; a pair of connection stoppers extending from the water blocking connection portion; and a slide coupling portion extending from the water blocking connection portion and configured to face the pair of connection stoppers.
본 발명은 설치공정의 간소화로 인한 설치기간의 축소 및 시공 비용의 절감을 기대할 수 있는 건축물 외장패널에 관한 것으로, 건축물 외벽에 설치되는 샤시부와 상기 샤시부의 중앙부에 결합된 패널부를 포함하는 외장패널에 있어서: 상기 샤시부는 상기 패널부의 둘레면을 지지하며 결합된 패널연결부; 상기 패널연결부에서 연장되며, 상기 패널연결부의 둘레면에 형성된 수분차단연결부; 상기 수분차단연결부에서 연장된 한 쌍의 연결스톱퍼; 그리고 상기 수분차단연결부에서 연장되며, 상기 한 쌍의 연결스톱퍼와 대향되게 구성된 슬라이드결합부; 를 포함한다.
