The present invention relates to an airtightness maintaining device of a door without a threshold, increasing durability of an operation means operating a driving rail in accordance with opening and closing of a door and easily controlling gaps between a door frame and the door even if the gaps are different to be installed to enable the driving rail to be smoothly operated and prevent a noise from being generated when magnets come in contact with each other. The present invention comprises: a fixing bracket; the driving rail; a lifting rail; a soundproof member; and an operation rod.
본 발명은 도어의 개폐에 따라 가동레일을 작동시키는 작동수단의 내구성이 향상되었을 뿐만 아니라, 도어틀과 도어 사이의 틈이 달라도 쉽게 조절하여 시공하여 가동레일의 작동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있고, 자석이 서로 접촉될 때 소음이 발생하는 것을 방지한 문지방이 없는 도어의 기밀 유지 장치에 관한 것이다.
