According to the present invention, a swinging gate apparatus comprises: a support frame; a door to swing within a prescribed angle while being horizontal with the support frame; a drive motor installed on a lower portion of the support frame to generate a forward and a backward rotational force to swing the door; a first belt pulley to rotate by the rotational force generated by the drive motor; a first shaft penetrating the support frame to be installed and including a second belt pulley on one side thereof to rotate with the first belt pulley and a third belt pulley on the other side thereof; a second shaft penetrating the support frame to be installed and separated from the first shaft, and having a fourth belt pulley on one side thereof to rotate with the third belt pulley; a first rotary link whose one end is coupled to the first shaft to be rotated by a rotational force transferred via the first shaft by rotation of the second belt pulley; and a second rotary link whose one end is coupled to the second shaft to be rotated by a rotational force transferred via the second shaft by rotation of the fourth belt pulley. The first rotary link comprises: a first rotary shaft unit coupled to the first shaft; and a first arm unit disposed on one side of the first rotary shaft unit to be coupled to the door. The second rotary link comprises: a second rotary shaft unit coupled to the second shaft; and a second arm unit disposed on one side of the second rotary shaft unit to be coupled to the door.
본 발명은 지지프레임, 상기 지지프레임과 수평을 이루면서 일정 각도 내에서 스윙하는 도어, 상기 지지프레임의 하부에 설치되어 상기 도어의 스윙을 위한 정방향과 역방향의 회전력을 발생시키는 구동모터, 상기 구동모터에서 발생된 회전력으로 회전하는 제1벨트풀리, 상기 지지프레임을 관통하여 설치되며, 일측에 상기 제1벨트풀리와 함께 회전하는 제2벨트풀리를 구비하고 타측에 제3벨트풀리를 구비하는 제1샤프트, 상기 지지프레임을 관통하여 설치되면서 상기 제1샤프트와 이격되게 배치되며, 일측에 상기 제3벨트풀리와 함께 회전하는 제4벨트풀리를 구비하는 제2샤프트, 상기 제1샤프트에 일단부가 결합되어 상기 제2벨트풀리의 회전에 따라 상기 제1샤프트를 통해 전달되는 회전력으로 회전하는 제1회전링크, 및 상기 제2샤프트에 일단부가 결합되어 상기 제4벨트풀리의 회전에 따라 상기 제2샤프트를 통해 전달되는 회전력으로 회전하는 제2회전링크를 포함하되, 상기 제1회전링크는 상기 제1샤프트에 결합되는 제1회전축부와, 상기 제1회전축부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 도어에 결합되는 제1암부를 구비하고, 상기 제2회전링크는 상기 제2샤프트에 결합되는 제2회전축부와, 상기 제2회전축부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 도어에 결합되는 제2암부를 구비하는 것이 특징인 발명이다.

본 발명은 지지프레임, 상기 지지프레임과 수평을 이루면서 일정 각도 내에서 스윙하는 도어, 상기 지지프레임의 하부에 설치되어 상기 도어의 스윙을 위한 정방향과 역방향의 회전력을 발생시키는 구동모터, 상기 구동모터에서 발생된 회전력으로 회전하는 제1벨트풀리, 상기 지지프레임을 관통하여 설치되며, 일측에 상기 제1벨트풀리와 함께 회전하는 제2벨트풀리를 구비하고 타측에 제3벨트풀리를 구비하는 제1샤프트, 상기 지지프레임을 관통하여 설치되면서 상기 제1샤프트와 이격되게 배치되며, 일측에 상기 제3벨트풀리와 함께 회전하는 제4벨트풀리를 구비하는 제2샤프트, 상기 제1샤프트에 일단부가 결합되어 상기 제2벨트풀리의 회전에 따라 상기 제1샤프트를 통해 전달되는 회전력으로 회전하는 제1회전링크, 및 상기 제2샤프트에 일단부가 결합되어 상기 제4벨트풀리의 회전에 따라 상기 제2샤프트를 통해 전달되는 회전력으로 회전하는 제2회전링크를 포함하되, 상기 제1회전링크는 상기 제1샤프트에 결합되는 제1회전축부와, 상기 제1회전축부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 도어에 결합되는 제1암부를 구비하고, 상기 제2회전링크는 상기 제2샤프트에 결합되는 제2회전축부와, 상기 제2회전축부의 일측에 구비되어 상기 도어에 결합되는 제2암부를 구비하는 것이 특징인 발명이다.
