CONNECTING MODULE AND CONNECTING METHOD OF VERTICAL MEMBER AND HORIZONTAL MEMBER
The present invention relates to a connection method of a vertical member and a horizontal member, and a connection module thereof enabling a vertical member and a horizontal member separated from each other by using an elastic force to be easily assembled, preventing, in advance, a fire caused by welding, and preventing residual stress of a structure where the horizontal member is assembled to the vertical member and deformation of the structure. To this end, the connection module of the vertical member and the horizontal member connecting the horizontal member to a side surface of the vertical member comprises: a base bracket supported by the vertical member; a fastening member coupling the base bracket and the vertical member; a connection bracket where the horizontal member is coupled, supported by the base bracket; a fastening screw coupling the horizontal member and the connection bracket to each other; and an elastic screw assembly mounted in the connection bracket and coupling the base bracket and the connection bracket to each other.
본 발명은 탄성력을 이용하여 상호 분리된 수직부재와 수평부재의 조립을 간편하게 하고, 용접으로 인한 화재를 예방하며, 수직부재에 수평부재가 조립된 구조체의 잔류응력 발생과 구조체의 변형 발생을 방지할 수 있는 수직부재와 수평부재의 연결모듈 및 수직부재와 수평부재의 연결방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 수직부재와 수평부재의 연결모듈은 수직부재의 측면에 수평부재를 연결하는 연결모듈이고, 수직부재에 지지되는 베이스브라켓과, 수직부재와 베이스브라켓을 상호 결합시키는 체결부재와, 베이스브라켓에 지지되고 수평부재가 결합되는 연결브라켓과, 수평부재와 연결브라켓을 상호 결합시키는 체결나사 및 연결브라켓에 장착되고 베이스브라켓과 연결브라켓을 상호 결합시키는 탄성나사조립체를 포함한다.
