The present invention relates to a hinge. An objective of the present invention is to provide a collision prevention hinge having a stopper to temporarily stop a door immediately before the door is fully closed and a closer to automatically close the door again to prevent collision noise or an accident caused by slamming the door by a wind or user carelessness. To achieve the objective, the hinge comprises: a door frame plate having a first sleeve and a third sleeve; a door plate having a second sleeve positioned between the first sleeve and the third sleeve; a stopper sleeve which is inserted into the first sleeve to be fixed, and has a stopper contact unit and a stopper guide; a stopper which is inserted into the stopper sleeve, and has a stopper inclination protrusion, a guide protrusion, and a stopper contact unit; a closer sleeve which is inserted into the third sleeve to be fixed, and has a closer guide and a screw groove; an adjustment screw coupled to the screw groove; a closer which is inserted into the closer sleeve, and has a closer inclination protrusion and a guide protrusion; a spring to support the closer; and a rotary member which is inserted into the second sleeve to be fixed, and has a stopper inclination protrusion formed on an upper portion thereof and a closer inclination protrusion formed on a lower portion thereof.
본 발명은 경첩에 관한 것으로, 바람이나 사용자 부주의로 인해 문짝이 세게 닫혀서 발생하는 충돌 소음이나 안전사고 등을 방지하기 위해, 문이 완전히 닫히기 직전에 문짝을 일시적으로 정지시키는 스토퍼와, 정지한 문짝을 다시 자동으로 닫아주는 클로저를 구비한 충돌 방지 경첩을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 경첩은, 제1 슬리브와 제3 슬리브를 형성한 문틀 플레이트; 제1 슬리브와 제3 슬리브 사이에 위치하는 제2 슬리브를 형성한 문짝 플레이트; 제1 슬리브 안에 삽입되어 고정되고, 스토퍼 접촉부와 스토퍼 가이드를 형성한 스토퍼 슬리브; 스토퍼 슬리브 안에 삽입되고, 스토퍼 빗면돌기와 가이드 돌기와 스토퍼 접촉부를 형성한 스토퍼; 제3 슬리브 안에 삽입되어 고정되고, 클로저 가이드와 나사 홈을 형성한 클로저 슬리브; 상기 나사 홈에 체결되는 조절나사; 클로저 슬리브 안에 삽입되고, 클로저 빗면돌기와 가이드 돌기를 형성한 클로저; 클로저를 받치는 스프링; 제2 슬리브 안에 삽입되어 고정되고, 상부에 스토퍼 빗면돌기를 형성하고, 하부에 클로저 빗면돌기를 형성한 회전부재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a hinge.
