본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 보강 구조체는 철근 콘크리트 기둥에 구비되도록, 상기 철근 콘크리트 기둥에 부설된 철근에 결속되고, 상기 철근 콘크리트 기둥의 콘크리트가 타설되면서 상기 콘크리트 내부에 매립되는 결속부재 및 상기 결속부재가 양단부에 구비되며, 상기 철근 사이에 구비되고, 탄성에 의해서 상기 철근 콘크리트 기둥이 받는 충격을 흡수하는 탄성바디부재를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 철근 콘크리트 기둥은 철근, 상기 철근이 내부에 배열되며, 콘크리트가 타설되어 형성되는 콘크리트 기둥 및 상기 철근에 결속되는 상기 보강 구조체를 포함할 수 있다.
