Anchor Bolt Provided With Wedge Fin
The present invention relates to an anchor bolt having a wedge pin, which comprises: an intermediate body portion (3) formed to extend in an axial direction; a screw portion (5) integrally extending at one end of the body portion (3); a head portion (7) integrally extending at the other end opposite to the screw portion (5) of the body portion (3); a plurality of main wedge pins (11) radially protruding on an outer circumferential surface of the head portion (7) to be relatively higher and longer; and a plurality of sub-wedge pins (13) radially protruding on an outer circumferential surface adjacent to the head portion (7) of the body portion (3) to be relatively lower and shorter. The main wedge pins (11) and the sub-wedge pins (13) form an edge (21) from each outer circumferential surface to the radial outside and protrude at the same time, and one side inclined surface of the edge (21) forms wedge surfaces (23, 24), and the other side inclined surface forms oblique surfaces (25, 26). Therefore, the entire fixing force of the anchor bolt is generated by the main wedge pins formed on the head portion, and also, a gap generated between an inner circumferential surface of the anchor hole and an outer circumferential surface of the body portion can be filled by the sub-wedge pins, thereby preventing the movement of the body portion, that is shaking, and stably maintaining the fixing force of the anchor bolt with respect to the anchor hole.
본 발명은 쐐기핀을 구비한 앵커볼트에 관한 것으로, 축방향으로 연장 형성된 중간의 몸통부(3); 상기 몸통부(3)의 일단에 일체로 연장된 나사부(5); 및 상기 몸통부(3)의 상기 나사부(5) 대향측 타단에 일체로 연장된 머리부(7);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상대적으로 더 높고, 더 길게 형성되도록 상기 머리부(7)의 외주면 상에 방사상으로 돌출된 복수의 주쐐기핀(11); 및 상대적으로 더 낮고, 더 짧게 형성되도록 상기 몸통부(3)의 상기 머리부(7)와 인접한 외주면 상에 방사상으로 돌출된 복수의 부쐐기핀(13);을 포함하되, 상기 주쐐기핀(11)과 상기 부쐐기핀(13)은 각각의 외주면으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 에지(21)를 형성하면서 돌출되는 동시에, 상기 에지(21)의 일측 사면은 쐐기면(23,24)을, 타측 사면은 빗면(25,26)을 형성하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 머리부에 형성된 주쐐기핀에 의해 앵커볼트의 전체적인 고정력을 발생시킬 뿐 아니라, 앵커구멍 내주면과 몸통부 외주면 사이에 발생한 틈새를 부쐐기핀에 의해 메울 수 있으므로, 몸통부의 유동 즉, 흔들거림을 막을 수 있게 되고, 따라서 앵커구멍에 대한 앵커볼트의 고정력을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있게 된다.
