The present invention relates to a door lock device having a home service function. In particular, several sorts of sensors and communications modules are installed in the door lock device including an external air unit and an internal air unit, and an environment state of an inner space or a state of a recognition object in the inner space is monitored. Thus, state information can be notified to a person in an outer space. To this end, the according to the door lock device of the present invention, the external air unit treats a sensor signal received from a sensor unit of the internal air unit, and obtains environment state information of the inner space and state information of the recognition object. The external air unit receives first signal strength from a portable terminal, and the internal air unit receives second signal strength from the portable terminal. The external air unit confirms whether the portable terminal is in an indoor place or in an outdoor place on the basis of the first signal strength and the second signal strength. When the portable terminal is confirmed to be in an outdoor place, the external air unit notifies state information of the recognition object to the portable terminal. When the portable terminal is confirmed to be in an indoor place, the external air unit does not notify state information of the recognition object.
본 발명은 홈 서비스 기능을 구비한 도어락 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 외기부 및 내기부로 구성된 도어락 장치에 각종 센서 및 통신모듈을 내장하여 내측 공간의 환경상태나 내측 공간에 있는 인식대상의 상태를 모니터링하여 외측 공간에 있는 사람에게 상태정보를 통지할 수 있는 홈 서비스 기능을 구비한 도어락 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 도어락 장치는 외기부가 내기부의 센서부로부터 수신한 센서신호를 처리하여 내측 공간의 환경상태 정보 및 인식대상의 상태정보를 획득하고, 외기부가 휴대단말로부터 제1 신호 세기를 수신하고 내기부가 상기 휴대단말로부터 제2 신호 세기를 수신하여 외기부가 제1 신호 세기 및 제2 신호 세기에 근거하여 상기 휴대단말이 실내 또는 실외에 있는지 확인하고, 휴대단말이 실외에 있는 것으로 확인되면 외기부가 인식대상의 상태정보를 휴대단말로 통지하고 실내에 있는 것으로 확인되면 외기부가 인식대상의 상태정보를 통지하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a door lock device having a home service function.
