Loading table slide device of the ladder unit
The present invention relates to a loading table sliding device for a ladder truck. More specifically, the loading table sliding device for a ladder truck enables a worker to perform various works in a safe and comfortable posture as a loading table lifted with a carriage car of a ladder mainly slides forwards and backwards in a work position of a front end. According to the present invention, a ladder truck (1) comprises: a boom (10) overlapping to be extended in a plurality of layers while the boom (10) is mounted on the ladder truck (1) and an angle thereof controlled by an angle control cylinder (4); the carriage car (20) lifted by operation of a winch unit while guide rollers (21) are in contact with the boom (10), wherein a front end of the carriage car (20) is connected to a fixing frame (31) by a hinge to rotate around a pin (23); and a loading table (30) controlling a position of a link (24) connected between the carriage car (20) and the fixing frame (31) by the angle control unit controlling an installation angle. A movable frame (32) is assembled by being inserted to slide by being led by the fixing frame (31) of the loading table (30). The loading table (30) is mounted and fixated to an upper part of the movable frame (32), and an actuator (40) moving an operation bar (41) forwards and backwards by a control signal installed between the fixing frame (31) and the loading table (30).
본 발명은 사다리차의 적재대 슬라이드장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사다리의 운반카와 함께 승강되는 적재대가 주로 최선단의 작업 위치에서 전, 후방으로 슬라이드 이동되어 작업자로 하여금 보다 안전하고 편안한 자세에서 각종 작업이 이루어질 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 차량(1)에 탑재된 상태로 각도조절 실린더(4)로 각도 조절된 상태로 다단으로 신축 가능하게 중첩되는 붐대(10)와, 이 붐대(10)에 안내로울러(21)들이 접촉된 상태로 윈치수단의 구동으로 승강 이동되는 운반카(20)와, 상기 운반카(20)의 선단이 고정후레임(31)에 핀(23)을 중심으로 유동 가능하게 힌지 연결되고 운반카(20)와 고정후레임(31) 사이에서 연결되는 링크(24)를 각도조절수단에 의해 위치 제어하여 설치각도가 조절되는 적재대(30)를 구비하는 사다리차(1)에 있어서, 상기 적재대(30)의 고정후레임(31)의 안내로 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 가동후레임(32)을 끼워 조립하여, 이 가동후레임(32)의 상부로 적재대(30)를 안착, 고정시키고, 이 고정후레임(31)과 적재대(30) 사이로 조작 신호에 의해 작동바(41)가 전후진 되는 엑추에이터(40)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
