The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically connect a hydraulic hose for an excavator. According to the present invention, the apparatus is to automatically connect or separate a hydraulic hose to connect the excavator (110) connected to the excavator, and a hydraulic hose to connect an attachment (210) mounted on the attachment to and from a clamp (300) mounted on a front end unit of an arm (100) of the excavator and the attachment (200) selectively mounted by the clamp. A hydraulic cylinder (10) fixated on the side surface frames (320) on both sides of the clamp (300), and a top side of a rod (14) fixated on a piston (12) in the hydraulic cylinder are connected to the hydraulic hose to connect the excavator (110). On a bottom side of the rod (14) is mounted a male coupling member (130). The front end unit of the hydraulic hose to connect the attachment (210), which is to supply oil pressure to an operation apparatus (20) of the attachment (200), has a female coupling member (230) mounted. The female coupling member is fixated near a bottom side of the male coupling member on a straight line with the male coupling member.
본 발명 굴삭기용 유압호스 자동 연결장치는, 굴삭기 아암(100) 선단부에 장착되는 클램프(300)와 상기 클램프에 의해서 선택적으로 장착되는 어태치먼트(200)에서 굴삭기에 연결된 굴삭기 연결용 유압호스(110)와 어태치먼트에 장착된 어태치먼트 연결용 유압호스(210)를 자동으로 연결하거나 분리시키기 위한 것으로, 상기 클램프(300)의 양측 측면프레임(320)에 고정되는 유압실린더(10), 상기 유압실린더 내부의 피스톤(12)과 고정된 로드(14) 상부는 굴삭기 연결용 유압호스(110)가 연결되고, 상기 로드(14)의 하부는 숫 커플링부재(130)가 장착되며, 상기 어태치먼먼트(200)의 작동장치(20)에 유압을 공급하기 위한 어태치먼트 연결용 유압호스(210)는 그 선단부가 암 커플링부재(230)를 장착하고 상기 암 커프링부재는 상기 숫 커플링부재 아래 근접하게 일직선 상으로 고정된다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically connect a hydraulic hose for an excavator.
