Soundproof wall system for vibration proof
The present invention relates to a soundproof wall system for vibration proofing, comprising: a retaining wall; a base plate having lower surfaces of both sides thereof seated on an upper surface of the retaining wall, having at least one through-hole formed on an upper surface thereof, and having a body part having a U-shape; a soundproof wall seated on the upper surface of the base plate; a plurality of ribs fixated to the upper surface of the base plate to be in close contact with a front and rear surface of the soundproof wall; a coupling means having an anchor bolt passing through the through hole of the base plate and the retaining wall, and having a nut fastened to both ends of the anchor bolt; and a vibration proof means inserted into the space between the lower surface of the base plate and the upper surface of the retaining wall in such a manner that the outer circumference of the anchor bolt is able to be inserted. The base plate comprises: a first recess formed on each lower surface of both sides of the body part; a metal reinforcement pad having an upper protrusion and a lower protrusion formed thereon, wherein the upper protrusion is coupled to the first recess; and a dustproof pad having a second recess coupled to a lower protrusion of a protective pad. As such, an effect that a fault where a nut of the soundproof wall is loosened due to vibration when installing the soundproof wall is able to be prevented.
본 발명은 방진용 방음벽 시스템에 관한 것으로, 옹벽과; 상기 옹벽의 상부면에 양단 하부면이 안착되어 있으며, 상부면에 적어도 하나 이상의 관통공이 형성된 "∩" 형상의 몸체부를 갖는 베이스 플레이트와; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상부면에 안착되는 방음벽과; 상기 방음벽의 전면 및 배면에 밀착되도록 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상부면에 고정된 복수 개의 리브와; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 관통공과 상기 옹벽을 관통한 앙카볼트와, 상기 앙카볼트의 양단부에 각기 체결된 너트를 갖는 체결수단과; 상기 앙카볼트의 외주연이 삽입되어 상기 베이스 플레이트의 하부면과 상기 옹벽의 상부면 사이에 개재된 방진수단을 포함하되, 상기 베이스 플레이트는 상기 몸체부의 양단 하부면에 각기 형성된 제 1 요홈과, 상부 돌기 및 하부 돌기가 형성되어 있으며 상기 제 1 요홈에 상부 돌기가 결합된 금속 보강패드와, 상기 방지 패드의 하부 돌기와 결합된 제 2 요홈을 갖는 방진 패드로 구성됨으로써, 방음벽 설치시 진동에 의하여 방음벽의 너트가 느슨해지는 불량을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
