The present invention relates to a snow removing device for a vinyl house and, specifically, to a snow removing device for a vinyl house capable of easily and conveniently removing snow piled on the upper part of a vinyl house to prevent the vinyl house from being easily damaged or collapsed due to heavy snow in winter. According to the present invention, the snow removing device for a vinyl house includes: multiple conveyor units arranged on the upper part of the vinyl house at intervals in the longitudinal direction, wherein a chain can rotate along the outer surface of a roof of the vinyl house as the conveyor unit has a driving sprocket on the upper side and a driven sprocket on the lower side; a rotating shaft connecting the driving sprocket of each of the multiple conveyor units; a driving motor connected to the rotating shaft and transmitting a rotation force to the driving sprocket as the rotating shaft rotates; and multiple snow sweeping units installed at intervals and sweeping the snow piled on the outer surface of the vinyl house while moving along the outer surface of the roof of the vinyl house by the rotation of the chain.
본 발명은 비닐하우스용 제설장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 겨울철 폭설로 인해 비닐하우스가 쉽게 파손되거나 붕괴되는 것을 방지하도록 비닐하우스 상부측에 쌓인 눈을 쉽고 편리하게 제거할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 특히 연동형 비닐하우스의 지붕 사이의 홈에 쌓인 눈을 비닐하우스의 상부측으로 퍼올리는 것과 동시에 하부측으로 쓸어낼 수 있어 지붕이 연속되게 연결되는 연동형 비닐하우스의 제설 작업이 매우 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있는 비닐하우스용 제설장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 비닐하우스용 제설장치는, 비닐하우스용 제설장치에 있어서, 상기 비닐하우스의 상부측에서 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 복수개 배치되되, 상측에 구동스프로킷이 설치되고 하측에 종동스프로킷이 설치되어 체인이 상기 비닐하우스의 지붕 외면을 따라 회전 가능한 컨베이어부와; 상기 복수개의 컨베이어부 각각의 상기 구동스프로킷을 연결하는 회동축과; 상기 회동축에 연결되어 상기 회동축을 회전시킴에 따라 상기 구동스프로킷에 회전 동력을 전달하는 구동모터와; 상기 복수개의 컨베이어부 체인 사이에 길게 연결되도록 일정 간격으로 다수개 설치되어 상기 체인의 회전에 의해 상기 비닐하우스의 지붕 외면을 따라 이동하며 상기 비닐하우스 외면에 쌓인 눈을 쓸어내는 눈쓸이부를; 포함하되, 상기 컨베이어부는, 상기 비닐하우스의 폭 방향 양측으로 각각 배치되어 설치되고, 각각의 상기 구동스프로킷, 상기 종동스프로킷 및 상기 체인이 구비되는 제1 컨베이어 및 제2 컨베이어를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제1 컨베이어 및 제2 컨베이어는, 각각의 상기 구동스프로킷이 하나의 상기 구동모터에 연결되어 상호 연동하여 작동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
