According to one aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for continuously installing scaffolding scaffolds using an H beam of an offshore plant deck, comprises: a pole (31) having one side detachably fixed to the H beam; a rail (32) rotationally connected to the other side of the pole on one side and supporting a footrest; and a support for connecting one side of the pole (31) and the other side of the rail (32) to prevent the pole (31) and the rail (32) from being opened at a predetermined angle or wider. Accordingly, an external work scaffold can be easily installed and disassembled based on a modular scaffold and an inner hanger scaffold to enable a quick and safe access by workers.
본 발명의 일면에 의하면, 해양플랜트 데크의 H빔을 이용하여 비계용 발판을 연속 설치하기 위한 장치에 있어서: 일측이 상기 H빔에 착탈 가능하게 고정되는 폴대(31); 일측이 상기 폴대의 타측에 회동 가능하게 연결되며, 발판을 지지하는 레일(32); 및 상기 폴대(31)의 일측 및 상기 레일(32)의 타측을 연결하여, 상기 폴대(31) 및 상기 레일(32)이 소정 각도 이상 벌어지지 않도록 하는 지지체;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 모듈형 발판과 내부용 행거식 발판을 기반으로 외부 작업용 비계를 손쉽게 설치하고 해체하여 작업자 등의 신속하고 안전한 접근이 가능하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
