Scaffold clamp for multiple support
The present invention relates to a clamp for constructing a scaffold with a vertical steel pipe (21) and a horizontal steel pipe (22). The present invention includes: a main body (30) having a fixed base (31), engageable with the vertical steel pipe (21), and a movable base (32) connected by a hinge (33); and a support means (40) coupled to the main body (30) so as to support the horizontal steel pipe (22) parallel to both sides of the vertical steel pipe (21). Accordingly, the present invention is able to quickly install a horizontal steel pipe for mounting a scaffold on both sides of a vertical steel pipe in a process of constructing a scaffold for outdoor design work, such as an offshore plant, thereby reducing material costs, as well as cutting down the number of times for work.
본 발명은 수직강관(21)과 수평강관(22)으로 비계를 구성하기 위한 클램프에 있어서: 상기 수직강관(21)에 맞물림 가능한 고정대(31)와 가동대(32)를 힌지(33)로 연결한 본체(30); 및 상기 수직강관(21)의 양측으로 수평강관(22)을 평행하게 지지하도록 본체(30) 상에 결합되는 지지수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 해양플랜트 등의 외부 의장 작업용 비계를 구성하는 과정에서 수직강관의 양측으로 발판 거치용 수평강관을 신속하게 설치하여 자재비 절감과 더불어 작업시수 단축을 도모하는 효과가 있다.
