NONSLIP PAVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTIONMETHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, a non-slip road structure comprises: a road (1); a primary adhesive layer (100) formed on an upper portion of the road (1); a grid reinforcing material (200) of a nylon fiber installed by a spacer (220) and a fixing pin (210) to be immersed in an upper layer of the primary adhesive layer (100); and silica sand (300) sprinkled on an upper portion of the primary adhesive layer (100) to be partially exposed to the upper portion of the road (1). In this case, the reinforcing material (200) having a grid structure can be fixedly installed to be immersed in the upper layer of the primary adhesive layer (100) by using the spacer (220) and the fixing pin (210). In addition, the reinforcing material (200) is installed on the primary adhesive layer (100), thereby minimizing damage such as cracks, partial detachment, and exfoliation of the primary adhesive layer (100).
본 발명에 의한 미끄럼방지용 도로구조물은 도로(1); 도로(1) 상부에 형성되는 1차접착제층(100); 1차접착제층(100)의 상층에 잠기도록 간격재(220)와 고정핀(210)에 의해 설치되는 나일론 섬유의 그리드 보강재(200); 및 도로(1) 상부로 일부가 노출되도록 1차접착제층(100)의 상부에 뿌려지는 규사(300);를 포함한다. 이 경우, 간격재(220)와 고정핀(210)을 이용하여 1차접착제층(100)의 상층에 그리드 구조의 보강재(200)가 잠기도록 고정설치할 수 있다. 또한, 1차접착제층(100)에 보강재(200)가 설치되어 있기 때문에 1차접착제층(100)의 균열, 부분적인 박리, 박락 등의 손상을 최소화 할 수 있다.
