The present invention relates to a slip form of a non-yoke type which eliminates a yoke to improve convenience in work. According to the present invention, the slip form of a non-yoke type forms a wall of a building while sliding upwards, and comprises: form panels separated and installed to form a wall; a work base fixed and installed on the form panels to be positioned on an opposite side of the wall; a jack rod vertically positioned on one side of the wall; a hydraulic jack which is installed on the work base, and rides the jack rod when driven to lift the form panels, the work base, and an H-shaped rail described below; the H-shaped rail which is vertically installed on one side of the work base to be parallel with the jack rod, and has a hooking protrusion protruding from an upper end thereof to be hooked on the hydraulic jack to allow the hooking protrusion to be hooked when the hydraulic jack ascends to ascend with the hydraulic jack; a form tie which has a coupler on both ends thereof and is buried and fixed when forming the wall; and a guide means which is detachably installed on the coupler by a coupling bolt, and guides the H-shaped rail.
본 발명은 요크의 구성을 생략하여 작업의 편리성을 향상시킨 논 요크 타입 슬립폼에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 논 요크 타입 슬립폼은 상측으로 슬라이딩하면서 건물의 벽체를 형성하는 슬립폼에 있어서, 벽체를 형성할 수 있도록 이격 설치되는 거푸집패널; 상기 벽체의 반대쪽에 위치하도록 거푸집패널에 고정 설치되는 작업대; 상기 벽체 일측에 수직으로 위치하는 잭 로드; 상기 작업대에 설치됨과 더불어 구동시 잭 로드를 타고 거푸집패널과 작업대 및 후술할 "H"자형 레일을 상승시키는 유압잭; 상기 잭 로드와 평행하도록 작업대 일측에 수직으로 설치되고, 상단에 유압잭과 걸리도록 돌출형성된 걸림돌기가 형성되어 유압잭 상승 시 걸림돌기가 걸려 같이 상승하는 "H"자형 레일; 양단에 커플러가 구비되며 상기 벽체 형성 시 매몰 고정되는 폼 타이; 체결볼트에 의해 상기 커플러에 착탈 가능하게 설치됨과 더불어 상기 "H"자형 레일을 가이드 하는 가이드수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
