Fixing structure of flooring member
Provided is a fixing structure of a flooring member, in which a bracket for fixing a flooring member to a beam member does not protrude to the upper surface of the flooring member. A flooring member (1) in which ribs (12a, 12b) having insertion holes (13a, 13b) protrude from the edge of a long hole (11) of a tread plate (10) to the rear side of the tread plate (10) is fixed to a beam member (2) by a fixing bracket (3). The fixing bracket (3) has an upper bracket (30), a lower bracket (40), and a bolt (50) for connecting the upper bracket (30) and the lower bracket (40), and is formed in the size which can be inserted into the long hole (11). The upper bracket (30) has an insertion plate (31), and the lower bracket (40) has an upper side part (41) and a lower side part (42) which are formed in the shape of a rectangle without a side when being seen from a side surface, wherein the upper side part (42) has screw holes (43a, 43b). The fixing bracket (3) disposed at the rear side of the tread plate (10) is rotated, and thus both ends of the insertion plate (31) of the upper bracket (30) are inserted into the insertion holes (13a, 13b). At the same time, the beam member (2) is fitted between the upper side part (41) and the lower side part (42) of the lower bracket (40). The flooring member (1) is fixed to the beam member (2) by coupling of the bolt (50).
바닥 부재를 빔 부재에 고정하는 브라켓이 바닥 부재의 상면으로 돌출하지 않는 고정 구조를 제공한다. 디딤판(10)의 장공(11)의 가장자리로부터 디딤판(10)의 뒤쪽으로 삽입공(13a, 13b)을 구비한 리브(12a, 12b)가 돌출되는 바닥 부재(1)가 고정 브래킷(3)에 의해 빔 부재(2)에 고정되는 바닥 부재의 고정 구조로서, 상기 고정 브라켓(3)은, 상부 브라켓(30)과 하부 브라켓(40)과 이들을 연결하는 볼트(50)를 구비하고, 장공(11)에 삽입 가능한 치수로 형성되어 있다. 상기 상부 브라켓(30)은 삽입판(31)을 구비하고, 상기 하부 브라켓(40)은 상변부(41)와 하변부(42)가 측면에서 볼 때 ㄷ자 형상으로 형성되고 상변부(42)에 나사 구멍(43a, 43b)을 가지고 있다. 디딤판(10)의 뒤쪽에 배치된 고정 브라켓(3)을 회전시킴으로써, 상부 브라켓(30)의 삽입판(31)의 양단이 삽입공(13a, 13b)에 삽입됨과 동시에 하부 브라켓(40)의 상변부(41)와 하변부(42) 사이에 빔 부재(2)가 끼워지며, 볼트(50)의 체결에 의해 바닥 부재(1)가 빔 부재(2)에 고정된다.

Provided is a fixing structure of a flooring member, in which a bracket for fixing a flooring member to a beam member does not protrude to the upper surface of the flooring member. A flooring member (1) in which ribs (12a, 12b) having insertion holes (13a, 13b) protrude from the edge of a long hole (11) of a tread plate (10) to the rear side of the tread plate (10) is fixed to a beam member (2) by a fixing bracket (3). The fixing bracket (3) has an upper bracket (30), a lower bracket (40), and a bolt (50) for connecting the upper bracket (30) and the lower bracket (40), and is formed in the size which can be inserted into the long hole (11). The upper bracket (30) has an insertion plate (31), and the lower bracket (40) has an upper side part (41) and a lower side part (42) which are formed in the shape of a rectangle without a side when being seen from a side surface, wherein the upper side part (42) has screw holes (43a, 43b). The fixing bracket (3) disposed at the rear side of the tread plate (10) is rotated, and thus both ends of the insertion plate (31) of the upper bracket (30) are inserted into the insertion holes (13a, 13b). At the same time, the beam member (2) is fitted between the upper side part (41) and the lower side part (42) of the lower bracket (40). The flooring member (1) is fixed to the beam member (2) by coupling of the bolt (50).
