FRAME CONNECTING STRUCTURE FOR INSIDE FRAME AND OUTSIDE FRAME WITH AZON BAR
The present invention relates to an insulation frame, and more specifically, relates to a structure to separate/combine an internal frame and an external frame of an azon bar-type insulation frame, which is made by adding an azon bar in between the internal frame and the external frame of the insulation frame, which is to block heat or chill from the outside or the inside by being placed on a door or window, to make it possible to fasten and separate in between the azon bar frame, which is made by the internal frame, the external frame, and the azon bar, and to make it easy to manufacture, thereby increasing constructability on the site. According to the present invention, the insulation frame comprises: an internal frame (10) placed on an indoor side; an external frame (20) placed on an outdoor side; an azon unit (30) made of insulation materials to be placed in between the internal frame (10) and the external frame (20) to block heat transfer between the internal frame (10) and the external frame (20); and an azon unit frame (40) placed on both sides of the azon unit (30). The azon unit frame (40) comprises an azon unit frame fastening unit which is separated from or combined with one or more frames of the internal frame (10) and the external frame (20). One or more frames of the internal frame (10) and the external frame (20) include an internal/external frame fastening unit combined with the azon unit frame fastening unit. The azon unit frame fastening unit and the internal/external frame fastening unit are formed in a female or a male shape to be combined by a male-female combination.
본 발명은 단열프레임에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 출입문이나 창호에서 틀을 이루는 프레임이 외부와 실내의 열기나 찬기를 차단하기 위한 단열프레임으로써 내측 및 외측 프레임 사이에 아존바를 더 부가하고 내측 및 외측 프레임 등과 함께 아존바가 결합된 아존바프레임 사이에 체결 및 분리가 가능하여 제조가 용이하고 현장에서의 시공성을 증대시킨 아존바형 단열프레임의 내외프레임분리결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 실내 측으로 위치되는 내부프레임(10); 실외 측으로 위치되는 외부프레임(20); 및 상기 내부프레임(10) 및 외부프레임(20) 사이에 위치된 단열소재의 아존부(30)에 의하여 내부프레임(10) 및 외부프레임(20)이 열전달이 차단되는 단열프레임에 있어서, 상기 아존부(30) 양측으로 와 결합된 아존부프레임(40)을 포함하고, 상기 아존부프레임(40)은, 상기 내부프레임(10) 및 외부프레임(20) 중 어느 하나 이상의 프레임과 분리결합되는 아존부프레임체결부를 구비하며, 상기 내부프레임(10) 및 외부프레임(20) 중 어느 하나 이상의 프레임에는 상기 아존부프레임체결부와 결합되는 내외부프레임체결부를 포함하고, 상기 아존부프레임체결부와 내외부프레임체결부는 서로 암수 형태로 이루어져 암수결합으로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
