Foldable work stage for suspension scaffold
The present invention relates to a foldable workbench device for a suspension scaffold which is suspended from a plant structure (10). The foldable workbench device for the suspension scaffold comprises: a main body (20) including an upper platform (21) and a lower platform (22), wherein the main body (20) includes a fixing unit (25) for suspension; a folding unit (30) connecting the upper platform (21) and the lower platform (22) by a folding link (31), and permitting a change in height of the main body (20); and an operation unit (40) applying a driving force of a winch (46) between the upper platform (21) and the lower platform (22) causing the change in height. As such, the foldable workbench device for the suspension scaffold is able to be installed regardless of a state of a lower space of an object such as a plant on the ground and is able to reduce materials and an amount of work when compared with a workbench device piled on the ground by being only installed in required parts from the upper side. The foldable workbench device for the suspension scaffold is able to easily add or remove a middle module to correspond to a required height in a module type and is able to improve convenience as a workbench is automatically folded and unfolded when being disassembled and installed.
본 발명은 플랜트 구조물(10)에 현수되는 비계용 작업대 장치에 있어서: 상부플랫폼(21)과 하부플랫폼(22)으로 구성되고, 현수를 위한 고정대(25)를 구비하는 본체(20); 상기 상부플랫폼(21)과 하부플랫폼(22)을 접철링크(31)로 연결하여 본체(20)의 높이 변동을 허용하는 접철수단(30); 및 상기 상부플랫폼(21)과 하부플랫폼(22) 사이에 윈치(46)의 구동력을 작용하여 높이 변동을 유발하는 작동수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 플랜트 등 작업 대상물의 하부 지상 공간 상태에 관계없이 설치가 가능하고, 상부로부터 필요한 부분에만 설치하여 지상부터 쌓는 것에 비해 자재와 작업량이 축소되고, 모듈형으로 필요한 높이에 맞춰 중간 모듈을 추가 또는 제거하기 용이하고, 설치 및 해체시 작업대가 자동으로 펼쳐지고 접혀 편리성을 증진하는 효과가 있다.
