The present invention relates to an anchor bolt manufacturing apparatus using a steel bar, which manufactures an anchor bolt, buried in a concrete outer wall or in the ground to construct an outer wall of a building when building a multi-story building such as an apartment or to install a strut such as a street lamp and a traffic light on a road or in a park using the remaining steel bars in stock at a production site where products are produced using steel bars; and is capable of manufacturing an anchor bolt with a material reducing effect and improved bearing capacity by enhancing a strength and bonding with concrete. The anchor bolt manufacturing apparatus comprises: a rolling mill (100) flattening one end portion of a steel bar to form a screw thread; a surface trimming machine (300) trimming the one end portion of the steel bar after the rolling operation; a rolling machine (500) forming a screw thread on the flattened part; and a bending machine (700) bending the other end portion of the steel bar.
본 발명은 아파트와 같은 다층 건물 신축 공사 때 건축물의 외벽을 시공하건, 도로 또는 공원 등에 가로등 및 신호등과 같은 지주를 설치하기 위하여 콘크리트 외벽 또는 지면 등에 매설하는 앙카볼트를 철근을 이용하여 제품을 생산하는 생산현장에서 남은 재고품의 철근을 이용하여 앙카볼트를 제조함으로 자재절감효과와 더불어 강도를 향상시키고 콘크리트와의 결합을 강화시켜 지지력이 향상된 앙카볼트를 제조할 수 있는 철근을 이용한 앙카볼트 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 나사산을 형성할 철근의 일단부를 평탄작업하는 압연기(100)와; 압연작업 후 철근의 일단부를 면치하는 면치기00)와; 평탄작업 부위에 나사산을 형성하는 전조기(500)와; 철근의 타단부를 절곡하는 절곡기(700)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근을 이용한 앙카볼트 제조장치.
