PREFABRICATED RETAINING DEVICE FOR BUILDING THE PIPELINE EASY TO INSTALL AND DISMANTLE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated earth retaining device for pipe construction that is easy to be installed and dismantled while preventing lateral collapse during pipe construction. To this end, the present invention includes: a body portion in which a vertical portion and a horizontal portion are formed as welded or bolt-engaged with each other, wherein the vertical portion includes vertical H beams that are vertically arranged at regular intervals spaced from both sides of the tube to be installed, wherein the horizontal portions include horizontal H beams that are horizontally laid between webs between the vertical H beams, and steel plate insertion holes that are formed in a longitudinal direction with respect to the web of the horizontal H beam; a steel plate portion coupled between the steel plate insertion holes formed in the horizontal portion so as to support an earth wall to prevent the earth from collapsing; and a strut portion positioned between the vertical H beams facing each other with the tube interposed therebetween, and supporting the steel plate so as not to collapse.
본 발명은 관로 공사시 측면 붕괴를 방지하면서 설치 및 해체가 용이한 관로공사용 조립식 흙막이 장치에 관한 것으로, 관이 설치될 위치 양 측면으로 일정간격 이격하여 수직으로 수직 H빔이 나열되어 설치되는 수직부 및 상기 수직 H빔과 수직 H빔 사이의 웨브와 웨브 사이에 가로로 뉘어진 수평 H빔이 위치되되, 상기 수평 H빔의 웨브에 길이 방향으로 강판 삽입홀이 형성된 수평부가 용접 또는 볼트 결합되어 형성된 본체부; 상기 수평부에 형성된 상기 강판 삽입홀 사이에 결합하여, 흙이 붕괴되는 것을 방지하도록 흙벽을 지지하는 강판부; 및 상기 관을 사이에 두고 서로 마주보는 상기 수직 H빔 사이에 위치하여 상기 강판부가 붕괴되지 않도록 지지하는 버팀부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
