APPARATUS FOR MELTING PAINT OF TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a device for melting paint of a traffic lane, which melts powder paint of a traffic lane and supplies the molten paint by using a traffic lane painting device. According to the present invention, the device for melting paint of a traffic lane has an inner container (20) for melting the paint in an outer container (10), and a gap (SP1) is formed between the outer container (10) and the inner container (20). An upper cover plate (30) is mounted on an upper end of the inner container (20) and an upper end of the outer container (10). Multiple combustion gas exhaust ports (12) are formed on the upper part of the circumference of the outer container (10), and the inner container (20) is supported by multiple legs (21). A combustion chamber space unit (SP2) in which a heater (40) is arranged is formed in the lower part of a bottom plate (22) of the inner container (20). The combustion chamber space unit (SP2) is covered by a lower cylinder cover (50) arranged at a lower end of the outer container (10), and the heater (40) is not exposed to the outside. A gas fuel supplied from a fuel container (60) and air supplied by a blower (66) are mixed by an air and fuel mixer (65). So, an air and fuel mixture of the air and fuel mixer (65) is supplied to the heater (40) through a supply pipe (67).
본 발명은 분말 상태의 도로 페인트를 녹여 차선 도색기로 공급하는 도로 페인트 용융장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도로 페인트 용융장치는 외통(10)의 내부에 페인트를 녹이기 위한 내통(20)이 배치되어, 외통(10)과 내통(20) 사이에 간극(SP1)이 형성되고, 외통(10)의 상단과 내통(20)의 상단에 상부 커버판(30)이 장착되며, 외통(10)의 둘레 상단부에 복수개의 연소가스 배기구(12)가 형성되고, 내통(20)이 복수개의 다리(21)에 의해 지지되어, 내통(20)의 바닥판(22) 하부에 히터(40)가 배치되는 화실 공간부(SP2)가 형성되고, 화실 공간부(SP2)가 외통(10)의 하단에 배치되는 하부 원통커버(50)에 의해 커버되어, 히터(40)가 외부로 노출되지 않으며, 연료통(60)에서 공급되는 가스연료와 블로어(66)에 의해 공급되는 공기가 공기연료 혼합기(65)에서 혼합되어, 공기연료 혼합기(65)의 공기연료 혼합물이 공급관(67)을 통해 히터(40)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
