THE ARM OF HYDRAULIC MACHINE COMPRISING INSIDE FLOW PASSAGE FOR DISASTER RECOVERY
The present invention relates to an arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration, including an inner flow path. According to the present invention, the arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration includes: multiple links; multiple joints connected to the multiple links; and one or more linear actuators formed in order for the multiple joints to move. The one or more linear actuators include: a housing having an inner space capable of accommodating a fluid; a piston receiving pressure from the fluid accommodated in the inner space and reciprocating in the longitudinal direction; a piston rod connected to the piston by passing through the housing; and a hinge unit connected to the outer side of an outer end of the piston rod or the housing and having the inner flow path. The arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration also includes a connection pin connecting the linear actuator and the link and supplying oil pressure to the piston through the flow path formed inside. According to the present invention, the arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration, including the inner flow path, is prevented from being damaged as the arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration does not have a hose exposed to the outside. So, the flow path is formed in a member, and influence by elasticity can be minimized. Therefore, the arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration can be accurately controlled.
본 발명은 복수의 링크, 복수의 링크가 연결되는 복수의 관절, 복수의 관절이 움직일 수 있도록 구성된 하나 이상의 리니어 액추에이터를 포함하며, 하나 이상의 리니어 액추에이터는, 유체가 수용될 수 있는 내부공간이 형성되는 하우징, 내부공간에 수용된 유체로부터 압력을 전달받아 길이방향으로 왕복운동 가능하도록 구성된 피스톤, 하우징을 관통하여 피스톤과 연결되는 피스톤 로드, 및 하우징 또는 피스톤 로드의 외측 끝단에 외부와 연결되며, 내부유로가 형성된 힌지부를 포함하며, 리니어 액추에이터와 링크를 연결하도록 구성되며, 내부에 형성된 유로로 피스톤에 유압을 공급할 수 있도록 구성된 연결핀을 포함하는 내부유로를 포함하는 재난 복구용 유압기계의 암에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내부유로를 포함하는 재난 복구용 유압기계의 암은, 외부에 노출된 호스가 없어 파손의 위험이 없으며, 부재 자체 내부에 유로가 형성되므로 탄성에 의한 영항을 최소화 할 수 있어 정밀한 제어가 가능한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an arm of a hydraulic machine for disaster restoration, including an inner flow path.
