CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING HEAT PIPE ASSEMBLY USING TERRESTRIAL HEAT PIPE SEALING CONNECTOR
The present invention provides a geothermal pipe construction method using a single pipe sealing connector, comprising: a drilling hole forming step of forming a drilling hole for installing a geothermal pipe; a geothermal pipe assembly installation step of inserting a geothermal pipe assembly connecting a U-shaped first geothermal pipe and a linear second geothermal pipe by using a single pipe sealing connector into the drilling hole; a non-contraction mortar grouting step of filling a bedrock zone of the drilling hole with non-contraction mortar; and a geothermal pipe connection step of cutting an upper portion of the first geothermal pipe and connecting a pipe of the ground heat generator to the first geothermal pipe.
본 발명은 지열 배관 설치용 천공홀을 형성하는 천공홀 형성 단계; U 형상의 제1지열배관 파이프와 직선 형상의 제2지열배관 파이프를 단일관 밀폐 이음구로 연결한 지열배관 파이프 조립체를 상기 천공홀에 삽입하는 지열배관 파이프 조립체 설치 단계; 상기 천공홀의 암반구간에 무수축모르타르를 충진시키는 무수축모르타르 그라우팅 단계; 및 상기 제1지열배관 파이프의 상부를 절단하고, 상기 제1지열배관에 지중열발전기의 배관을 연결하는 지열배관 연결단계;를 포함하는 단일관 밀폐 이음구를 이용한 지열배관 시공방법을 제공한다.
