Apparatus of Installing Pillar for Mulriplex arch tunnel and Installing Method thereof
The present invention relates to an apparatus to install a pillar for a multi-arch tunnel, capable of enhancing a convenience during assembly work; and an installation method thereof. According to the present invention, a pillar installation apparatus is installed to support a ground load in an overlapping center in the multi-arch tunnel constructing a plurality of tunnels to be overlapped. The apparatus comprises: a pillar part disposed in a position where the tunnels are overlapped and supporting the ground of the tunnel in a position where a base pillar body is installed in the ground in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel, a pillar column body installed in an upper part of the base pillar body at a predetermined distance in a pillar shape, and an upper pillar body installed in an upper part of the pillar column body to support a load while being in contact with an upper surface of the tunnel are overlapped by assembly; a transfer cart part disposed on an upper part of the base pillar body, rolling-supported on both side surfaces and both sides of the upper part of the base pillar body to roll-transfer the pillar column body and the upper pillar body along the base pillar body by applied power; a mounting part disposed on an upper part of the transfer cart part and transferred to a position mutually fixated to the base pillar body by operation of the transfer cart part while mounting the pillar column body; and a position adjustment part disposed on an upper part of the mounting part, and vertically/horizontal moved in a state of mounting the upper pillar body while being transferred with the mounting part by operation of the transfer cart part.
본 발명은 아치 터널용 필러 설치 장치 및 이를 이용한 설치 방법에 관한 것으로, 복수의 터널이 상호 중첩되도록 건설되는 다중 아치 터널에 중첩되는 중앙에 지반 하중을 지지하도록 설치되는 필러 설치 장치에 있어서, 상기 터널이 중첩되는 위치에 배치되어 있으며, 지면에 상기 터널의 길이 방향으로 설치되는 기초필러몸체와, 상기 기초필러몸체의 상부에 기둥형태로 기설정된 거리로 떨어져 설치되는 필러기둥몸체, 및 상기 필러기둥몸체의 상부에 상기 터널의 상부면에 접촉되면서 하중을 지지하도록 설치되는 상부필러몸체가 조립에 의해 중첩되는 위치에 상기 터널의 지반을 지지하는 필러부; 상기 기초필러몸체의 상부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 기초필러몸체의 상부의 양측면과 양측에 구름 지지되어 인가된 동력에 의해 상기 기초필러몸체를 따라서 상기 필러기둥몸체와 상기 상부필러몸체를 구름 이송시키는 이송대차부; 상기 이송대차부의 상부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 필러기둥몸체가 안치된 상태에서 상기 이송대차부의 작동에 의해 상기 기초필러몸체와 상호 고정되는 위치로 이송되도록 설치된 안치부; 및 상기 안치부의 상부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 안치부와 함께 상기 이송대차부의 작동으로 이송되면서 상기 상부필러몸체가 안치된 상태에서 상하 좌우로 이동시키도록 설치된 위치조절부;를 포함하는 다중 아치 터널용 필러 설치 장치 및 이를 이용한 설치 방법에 관한 것이다.
