METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL LIGHTWEIGHT VEGETATION SOIL USING HEMIHYDRATE
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing artificial lightweight vegetation soil using hemihydrate gypsum, which comprises the following steps: mixing 20 to 40 wt% of water with 100 wt% of a binder to manufacture a paste; adding a foaming agent to the paste to manufacture foam slurry; manufacturing foamed concrete by curing the foamed slurry; and crushing the foamed concrete, wherein the binder contains the hemihydrate gypsum. The present invention aims to the method for manufacturing artificial lightweight vegetation soil which does not require a high temperature sintering step strictly and is suitable for plant growth, and to the artificial lightweight vegetation soil manufactured by the method.
본 발명은, 결합재 100 중량부에 대하여 물 20~40 중량부를 혼합하여 페이스트를 제조하는 단계, 상기 페이스트에 기포제를 첨가하여 기포 슬러리를 제조하는 단계, 상기 기포 슬러리를 경화시켜 기포 콘크리트를 제조하는 단계 및 상기 기포 콘크리트를 파쇄하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 결합재는 반수석고를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반수석고를 사용한 인공 경량식생토양 제조방법을 제공한다.
