DOOR HANDLE SWITCH MODULE FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a door handle switch module for a vehicle and, specifically, to a door handle switch module for a vehicle, capable of preventing a defect from occurring in a product due to invasion of water thereinto. The door handle switch module for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a hollow housing; a cover member coupled to an upper portion of the housing to block moisture from being introduced into the inner portion, and made of an elastic material; a circuit board disposed in the housing, and having a switch mounted on an upper portion thereof; a diaphragm coupled to the housing at an upper portion of the circuit board; and a coupling member fixedly coupling the diaphragm to the inside of the housing. The diaphragm presses the switch to output a signal by the descent of the cover member by external force, and the diaphragm covers an upper portion of the circuit board and blocks an upper portion of the circuit board and an inside of the cover member to seal the circuit board.
본 발명은 차량용 도어핸들 스위치 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 특히 수분이 내부로 유입되어 제품에 불량이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 차량용 도어핸들 스위치 모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 차량용 도어핸들 스위치 모듈은, 중공형상의 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 상부에 결합되어 내부로의 수분유입을 차단하고, 탄성재질로 이루어진 커버부재와; 상기 하우징의 내부에 배치되고, 상부에 스위치가 장착된 회로기판과; 상기 회로기판의 상부에서 상기 하우징에 결합되는 다이아프램과; 상기 다이아프램을 상기 하우징의 내부에 고정 결합시키는 결합부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 외력에 의한 상기 커버부재의 하강에 의해 상기 다이아프램은 상기 스위치를 눌러 신호를 출력하고, 상기 다이아프램은 상기 회로기판의 상부를 덮으면서 상기 회로기판의 상부와 상기 커버부재의 내부를 차단하여 상기 회로기판을 밀폐시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
