Natural ventilation apparatus for a door having mounting structure corresponding to a door thickness
The present invention relates to a natural ventilation apparatus for a room door with a mounting structure corresponding to a room door thickness and, relates to a new concept technique of installing the natural ventilation apparatus in the room door to smoothly ventilate a room and installing the natural ventilation apparatus regardless of the room door thickness to obtain ideal ventilation performance. Conventionally, a technique of a natural ventilation apparatus for a room door capable of freely and minutely adjusting the amount of ventilation by installing the natural ventilation apparatus only for a room door is insufficient, particularly, since the natural ventilation apparatus cannot be rapidly mounted on its own in the field, constructability is significantly decreased, and the unit price is raised by providing natural ventilation apparatuses with various sizes suitable for room door thicknesses. The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides a technique of mounting a natural ventilation apparatus in a room door by a simple assembly manner of installing a rear cover penetrating the front and rear surfaces of the room door, and fitting and coupling a front cover provided with a flap for adjusting the amount of ventilation while rotating depending on the operation of an opening and closing handle on the front surface of the rear cover.
본 발명은 방문 두께에 대응하는 장착구조를 구비한 방문용 자연환기구에 관한 것으로, 특히 방문에 설치하여 실내공기를 원활하게 환기시키고, 방문의 두께에 관계없이 장착하여 이상적인 환기성능을 얻을 수 있는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 방문에 전용으로 설치하여 통기량을 자유롭게 미세조절할 수 있는 방문용 자연환기구의 기술이 부족한 실정이고, 특히 방문의 두께에 대응하여 현장에서 자체적으로 신속하게 장착할 수 없어 시공성이 현저하게 저하되며, 방문 두께에 알맞은 다양한 규격의 자연환기구를 구비함으로 단가가 높아지는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 방문의 전후면을 관통하여 리어 커버를 설치하고, 리어 커버의 전면에는 개폐핸들의 조작에 따라 회전하면서 환기량을 조절하는 플랩이 구비된 프론트 커버를 끼움 결합하는 간단한 조립방식으로 방문에 자연환기구를 장착할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
