Chipping device for repair work of reinforced concrete structure
The present invention relates to a chipping device for maintenance of a reinforced concrete structure. The chipping device for maintenance of a reinforced concrete structure is coupled to one end of a manipulator, is movable to be placed close to a wall surface, and is in contact with the wall surface to chip the wall surface. The chipping device for maintenance of a reinforced concrete structure comprises: a pair of frames spaced apart from each other; a chipping unit; and a driving unit coupled to the frame and providing driving force for rotating a central shaft. The chipping unit comprises: the central shaft coupled to be rotated to one end of the pair of frames at one end and the other end thereof, respectively; a plurality of chipping shafts spaced apart from the central shaft; a plurality of chipping blades provided on the outer circumference of the chipping shaft, rotatable about the chipping shaft, and in contact with the wall surface to chip the wall surface; and a link having one end coupled to the central shaft and the other end coupled to the chipping shaft to connect the chipping shaft and the central shaft. According to the chipping device for maintenance of a reinforced concrete structure of the present invention, the plurality of chipping blades freely rotating about the chipping shaft are provided along the outer circumference of the chipping shaft. Further, since the plurality of chipping shafts are provided, the impact is uniformly applied to the chipping blade, and the impact is dispersed. Therefore, the wear of the chipping blade is reduced, and the chipping effect is high so the use efficiency of the chipping device for maintenance of a reinforced concrete structure is high.
본 발명에 따른 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 유지보수용 치핑장치는, 머니퓰레이터(Manipulator)의 일단에 결합되어, 벽면에 근접하게 배치되도록 이동가능하고, 벽면과 맞닿아 벽면을 치핑하는 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 유지보수용 치핑장치에 있어서, 서로 이격 배치되는 한 쌍의 프레임; 일단과 타단이 상기 한 쌍의 프레임의 일단에 각각 결합되어 회전가능하도록 구비되는 중심축과, 상기 중심축과 이격되어 배치되는 복수개의 치핑축과, 상기 치핑축의 외측둘레에 구비되고, 상기 치핑축을 기준으로 회전가능하게 구비되어, 상기 벽면에 맞닿아 상기 벽면을 치핑하는 복수개의 치핑날과, 일단이 상기 중심축에 결합되고 타단이 상기 치핑축과 결합되어, 상기 치핑축과 상기 중심축을 연결하는 링크를 포함하는 치핑부; 및 상기 프레임에 결합되고, 상기 중심축을 회동시키는 구동력을 제공하는 구동부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 유지보수용 치핑장치에 의하면, 치핑축을 기준으로 자유회전하는 치핑날이 치핑축의 외측둘레를 따라 복수개가 구비된다. 또한 치핑축이 복수개가 구비됨으로써, 치핑날에 충격이 고르게 가해져 충격이 분산된다. 따라서, 치핑날의 마모를 저감시키고 치핑효과가 높아 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 유지보수용 치핑장치의 사용효율이 높다.
