METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTERGRATED MANAGING OF ACCOMMODATIONS
In the present invention, provided is an accommodation integrated management system, which comprises: a service server for obtaining room information from an accommodation business terminal to generate a management processor, synchronizing a room status on the management processor, receiving a reservation request from a user terminal to process the same, transmitting a smart key of a reserved room to the user terminal, receiving a smart key opening request to unlock a doorlock of the room, and changing whether the room is occupied on the basis of a signal from a motion sensor; a manager terminal for providing the room information for the service server, obtaining the management processor from the service server, changing the room status in the management processor, and performing a corresponding action when a user selects an action command in the management processor; and a user terminal for requesting a reservation of the room in the service server, receiving the smart key from the service server to display the same on a screen, and transmitting the smart key opening request to the service server.
본 발명은 숙박 업소 단말로부터 객실 정보를 획득하여 관리 프로세서를 생성하고, 상기 관리 프로세서 상의 객실 현황을 동기화하며, 사용자 단말로부터 예약 요청을 수신하여 처리하고, 예약된 객실의 스마트키를 상기 사용자 단말에 전송하며, 상기 스마트키 열림 요청을 수신하여 객실의 도어락을 잠금 해제하며, 움직임 감지 센서로부터의 신호에 기초하여 객실의 재실 여부를 변경하는 서비스 서버; 상기 서비스 서버에 객실 정보를 제공하고, 상기 서비스 서버로부터 상기 관리 프로세서를 획득하고, 상기 관리 프로세서 내의 객실 현황을 변경하며, 상기 관리 프로세서에서 사용자가 액션 커맨드를 선택할 경우 해당 액션을 수행하는 관리자 단말; 상기 서비스 서버에 객실의 예약을 요청하고, 상기 서비스 서버로부터 상기 스마트키를 수신하여 화면에 표시하며, 상기 스마트키 열림 요청을 서비스 서버에 전송하는 사용자 단말; 을 포함하는 숙박 통합 관리 시스템을 제공한다.
