The present invention relates to a pile connector. The pile connector comprises: a lower plate formed in the shape of a disk and attached to an upper end of a lower PHC pile, wherein the lower plate has a first circular penetration unit at the center; an upper plate formed in the shape of the disk and attached to a lower end of an upper PHC pile, wherein the upper plate has a second circular penetration unit at the center and is arranged at intervals in the upper part of the lower plate; an inner reinforcing unit comprising multiple divided inner reinforcing members in which an upper end and a lower end thereof are supported on the first and second penetration units of the lower and upper plates; an outer reinforcing unit comprising multiple divided outer reinforcing members in which an upper end and a lower end thereof are supported on the outer circumference of the lower and upper plates; and a connection bolt connecting the inner reinforcing member and the outer reinforcing member. According to the present invention, the pile connector is fixed between the upper and lower plates attached to the end of the upper PHC pile and the lower PHC pile as the inner and outer reinforcing units individually comprising the multiple inner and outer reinforcing members divided. So, the pile connector can evenly disperse a load of the upper PHC pile to the center and the edge.
본 발명은 파일 커넥터에 관한 것으로; 원판형상으로 이루어져 하부 PHC 파일의 상단에 밀착되며 중앙에 원형의 제1 관통부가 형성되는 하부 플레이트와, 원판형상으로 이루어져 상부 PHC 파일의 하단에 밀착되며 중앙에 원형의 제2 관통부가 형성되어 상기 하부 플레이트의 상부에 이격 배치되는 상부 플레이트와, 상기 하부 및 상부 플레이트의 제1 및 제2 관통부에 상단과 하단이 지지되는 복수의 분할된 내측 보강부재로 이루어지는 내측 보강체와, 상기 하부 및 상부 플레이트의 외주면에 상단과 하단이 지지되는 복수의 분할된 외측 보강부재로 이루어지는 외측 보강체와, 상기 내측 보강부재와 외측 보강부재를 결합하는 연결용 볼트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 파일 커넥터는 상부 PHC 파일과 하부 PHC 파일의 단부에 밀착되는 하부 및 상부 플레이트 사이에 복수의 분할된 내측 및 외측 보강부재로 이루어지는 내측 및 외측 보강체를 조립하여 고정함으로서 상부 PHC 파일의 하중이 중앙부분 및 가장자리부분으로 고르게 분산시켜 줄 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a pile connector.
