The present invention relates to a pillar connection structure for a double floor plate capable of obtaining reliability of a product by sufficiently bearing a load transmitted to a double floor plate as a connection member of a fixing unit fixing the double floor plate is manufactured as casing and a stringer is supported along the lower surface of the double floor plate. According to the present invention, the pillar connection structure for a double floor plate comprises: a support body having a head unit in the upper part and installed on the floor, wherein the support body has a hollow unit at the center; a fixing unit installed in the hollow unit of the support body, wherein the fixing unit comprises a height control member including a control nut, a support plate formed in the upper part of the height control member, and a connection member protruding from the upper surface of the support plate, wherein the connection member includes a connection groove which is at a right angle in front and back directions and right and left directions, and a connection hole installed at a corner; a fixing unit mounting the stringer at the connection groove of the connection member and fixing the stringer to the support plate; and a screw unit fixing the double floor plate mounted in the upper part of the connection member to the connection hole.
본 발명은 이중바닥판을 고정하는 고정부의 결합부재를 주물로 제작함과 아울러 이중바닥판의 하부면을 따라 스트링거가 지지되도록 하여 상기 이중바닥판측으로 전달되는 하중을 충분히 견딜 수 있어 제품의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 이중바닥판용 지주 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이중바닥판용 지주 결합구조는 바닥면에 설치되며 상부에 머리부가 구비되고, 중앙에 중공부가 형성된 지지몸체와; 상기 지지몸체의 중공부에 설치되며, 조절너트가 구비된 높이조절부재와, 상기 높이조절부재의 상부에 형성된 지지판과, 상기 지지판의 상부에 돌출되며 전후, 좌우 방향으로 직교된 결합홈 및 모서리에 결합공이 포함된 결합부재로 이루어진 고정부와; 상기 결합부재의 결합홈에 스트링거를 안착시키고, 상기 스트링거를 지지판에 고정하는 고정수단과; 상기 결합부재의 상부에 안착된 이중바닥판을 상기 결합공에 고정하는 나사부로 구성된다.
