AL Aluminum window heat-insulation structure
The present invention relates to an insulating and blocking structure for an aluminum window. The insulating and blocking structure for an aluminum window comprises: an installation space formed between an indoor frame and an outdoor frame to install a window unit; a connection frame which is positioned on an upper and a lower portion of the window unit, and connects the frames to be fixed; a space formed on an upper or a lower portion of the connection frame; and insulators positioned in the space to be fixed by caps. The present invention provides a structure where a plurality of insulators are installed on an upper and a lower portion of glass, and the insulators are easily inserted and coupled to indoor, outdoor, and connection frames to facilitate installation to improve work efficiency, strength durability, and maximize insulation effects to provide high-efficiency energy.
본 발명은 AL창호 단열차단구조에 관한 것으로서, 실내프레임과 실외프레임 사이에 창문부가 설치되기 위해 형성된 설치공간과, 상기 창문부 상부 및 하부에 위치하되, 각각의 프레임을 연결하여 고정되는 연결프레임과, 상기 연결프레임 상부 또는 하부에 형성되는 공간부와, 상기 공간부에 위치하여, 마개로 고정되는 단열재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 다수개의 단열재를 유리 상부 및 하부에 설치하되, 실내·실외 및 연결프레임에 용이하게 끼움결합하는 구조를 제공함으로써, 설치가 매우 용이하여, 작업의 효율성을 향상시키고, 내구성을 강화할 수 있는 동시에, 단열 효과를 극대화하여, 고효율에너지를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 AL창호 단열차단구조에 관한 것으로서, 실내프레임과 실외프레임 사이에 창문부가 설치되기 위해 형성된 설치공간과, 상기 창문부 상부 및 하부에 위치하되, 각각의 프레임을 연결하여 고정되는 연결프레임과, 상기 연결프레임 상부 또는 하부에 형성되는 공간부와, 상기 공간부에 위치하여, 마개로 고정되는 단열재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 다수개의 단열재를 유리 상부 및 하부에 설치하되, 실내·실외 및 연결프레임에 용이하게 끼움결합하는 구조를 제공함으로써, 설치가 매우 용이하여, 작업의 효율성을 향상시키고, 내구성을 강화할 수 있는 동시에, 단열 효과를 극대화하여, 고효율에너지를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
