Japanese cypress red clay panel and manufacturing method therof
The present invention relates to a cypress loess panel which mixes cypress with loess to manufacture a cypress loess panel, and has high productivity and strength due to speediness and uniformity of drying, and secures economic properties due to simple construction; and a manufacturing method thereof. The method is as follows: finely grinding cypress sawdust, loess, bentonite, diatomite and preparing the same; preparing a binder along with glutinous rice glue; putting, in a rectangular frame, a mixture which is obtained by mixing 45-55 parts by weight of cypress sawdust in powder, 18-22 parts by weight of loess, 13-17 parts by weight of bentonite, 3-8 parts by weight of diatomite, 3-8 parts by weight of a binder, and 13-17 parts by weight of glutinous rice glue, based on 100 parts by weight of water; and putting a vacuum heat pipe in a water portion to provide a heating source when drying is performed.
본 발명은 편백에 황토를 혼합해 편백 황토패널을 제조하되, 건조의 신속성 및 균일성으로 생산성 및 강도가 높고, 시공이 간편해 경제성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 편백황토패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 방법은 편백톱밥, 황토, 벤토나이트, 규조토를 미세하게 분쇄하여 준비하고, 바인더와 찹쌀풀을 함께 준비한 후, 물 100 중량부에 대하여, 분말 형태의 편백톱밥 45 ~ 55 중량부, 황토 18 ~ 22 중량부, 벤토나이트 13 ~ 17 중량부, 규조토 3 ~ 8 중량부, 바인더 3 ~ 8 중량부, 찹쌀풀 13 ~ 17 중량부의 비율로 혼합한 혼합물을 사각틀에 넣고 진공히트파이프를 수개소에 내장시켜 건조시 열원을 제공하는 것이다.
