MOVABLE WORKING PLATFORM
According to the present invention, a movable worktable, which is installed on a scaffolding (11) formed on an inner wall (10) of a hull or a mounted frame (20) coupled to the inner wall (10) of the hull to perform work on the hull, comprises: a fixed stand (100) fixed to the inner wall (10) of the hull or the mounted frame (20) coupled to the inner wall (10) of the hull; an H beam (200) coupled to the fixed stand (100); a support plate (300) having a rectangular plate-shape; a support frame (400) having the shape of a hollow pipe having a hollow interior; an upper frame (500) having a rail wheel module (510) formed on an upper end thereof; a rail movement handle (511) rail-moved along the H beam (200) by driving the rail wheel module (510) through rotation; a fixing stand fixing the current position of the support plate (300); and a lower end frame (600) having a caster wheel (610) formed on the lower end thereof.
본 발명에 따른 이동식 작업대는, 선체의 작업을 위하여 선체의 내벽(10) 또는 선체 내벽(10)에 결합되는 마운트 프레임(20)에 형성된 족장(11)에 설치되는 작업대에 있어서, 상기 선체 내벽(10) 또는 선체 내벽(10)에 결합되는 마운트 프레임(20)에 고정되는 고정대(100); 상기 고정대(100)와 결합되는 H빔(200); 사각 판상의 지지판(300); 상기 지지판(300)의 네 모서리와 일측면이 결합되고, 내부가 비어있는 중공 파이프 형상의 지지프레임(400); 상기 지지판(300)의 일측면 중, 선체 내벽(10)과 인접하는 면에 형성된 지지프레임(400)과 결합되고, 상단에 상기 H빔(200)을 레일 이동할 수 있는 레일바퀴모듈(510)이 형성되는 상단 프레임(500); 상기 상단 프레임(500)의 레일바퀴모듈(510)에 형성되고, 회전에 의하여 레일바퀴모듈(510)을 구동하여 H빔(200)을 따라 좌우로 레일 이동하도록 하는 레일이동 핸들(511); 상기 지지프레임(400) 중 하나의 내부에 관통 결합되고, 상기 족장(11) 상면으로 하향 연장되어 상기 지지프레임(400)의 내부에서 상하 구동 가능함으로써, 지지판(300)의 현 위치를 고정하는 고정대(410); 상기 상단 프레임(500)이 형성된 지지프레임(400)과 반대되는 위치에 형성된 지지프레임(400)의 하단으로부터 관통 결합되며, 하단에 캐스터 바퀴(610)를 형성하는 하단 프레임(600);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 따른 이동식 작업대는, 선체의 작업을 위하여 선체의 내벽(10) 또는 선체 내벽(10)에 결합되는 마운트 프레임(20)에 형성된 족장(11)에 설치되는 작업대에 있어서, 상기 선체 내벽(10) 또는 선체 내벽(10)에 결합되는 마운트 프레임(20)에 고정되는 고정대(100); 상기 고정대(100)와 결합되는 H빔(200); 사각 판상의 지지판(300); 상기 지지판(300)의 네 모서리와 일측면이 결합되고, 내부가 비어있는 중공 파이프 형상의 지지프레임(400); 상기 지지판(300)의 일측면 중, 선체 내벽(10)과 인접하는 면에 형성된 지지프레임(400)과 결합되고, 상단에 상기 H빔(200)을 레일 이동할 수 있는 레일바퀴모듈(510)이 형성되는 상단 프레임(500); 상기 상단 프레임(500)의 레일바퀴모듈(510)에 형성되고, 회전에 의하여 레일바퀴모듈(510)을 구동하여 H빔(200)을 따라 좌우로 레일 이동하도록 하는 레일이동 핸들(511); 상기 지지프레임(400) 중 하나의 내부에 관통 결합되고, 상기 족장(11) 상면으로 하향 연장되어 상기 지지프레임(400)의 내부에서 상하 구동 가능함으로써, 지지판(300)의 현 위치를 고정하는 고정대(410); 상기 상단 프레임(500)이 형성된 지지프레임(400)과 반대되는 위치에 형성된 지지프레임(400)의 하단으로부터 관통 결합되며, 하단에 캐스터 바퀴(610)를 형성하는 하단 프레임(600);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
