The present invention relates to a reinforced building block made of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and a preparation method thereof. The reinforced building block comprises: A) at least one type of fibrous carriers; B) a curing composition as a matrix material, made by B1) at least one type of epoxy compounds and B2) at least one type of diamine and/or polyamine, wherein the stoicheiometric ratio of B1) the epoxy compound and B2) the diamine and/or polyamine component is 0.8 : 1 to 2 : 1; and C) additional adjuvants and additives.
