The present invention relates to a housing type parking tower system. According to the present invention, the housing type parking tower system comprises: a lift; a pallet selectively housed in a housing chamber by ascending and descending by the lift and being horizontally moved; and a pallet moving means for moving the pallet. The pallet moving means comprises: a jerk; and a pair of roller drags connected to the jerk to be separated from the jerk. The jerk forms a channel space by comprising a rear side unit and a pair of side wall units. Skirt units extended downward by being bent in the opposite directions to each other is individually formed at a lower end of the side wall units on both sides of the jerk. The rear side unit of the jerk is extended downward until the lower end of the jerk reaches the lower end of the skirt unit. The roller drag comprises: a support bracket having a bent panel shape; and a roller mounted on a side of the support bracket to rotate by a rotation shaft. According to the present invention, the housing type parking tower system uses the jerk which does not protrude to the lower side of the pallet to be different from an existing hook and also uses the roller drag stably connected to the jerk. Therefore, the housing type parking tower system can prevent damage to a vehicle by preventing the jerk from interfering the vehicle in a case of a vehicle with high height.

본 발명에 따른 격납식 주차타워 시스템은, 리프트와, 상기 리프트에 의해 승강 이동됨과 더불어 수평 이동되어 격납실에 선택적으로 격납되는 파레트와, 파레트의 이동을 위한 파레트 이동수단을 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 파레트 이동수단은 파레트의 양선단에 구비되어 파레트의 아래로 돌출되지 않도록 배치되는 저크와, 리프트에 구비된 정역모터에 의해 가동되는 체인에 부착되어 체인에 의해 움직이며, 저크와 분리 가능하게 결속되는 한쌍의 롤러드레그를 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 저크는 배면부와, 상기 배면부의 양측단에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡 형성된 한쌍의 측벽부를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써 채널공간을 형성한다. 상기 저크의 양 측벽부의 하단에는 서로 반대방향으로 만곡되어 아래로 연장되는 형태의 스커트부가 각각 형성된다. 상기 저크의 상기 배면부는 그 하단이 상기 스커트부의 하단에 이르기까지 아래로 연장된 형태로 이루어진다. 상기 저크의 측벽부의 선단에는 서로 마주보는 방향으로 돌출된 형태의 돌출부가 형성된다. 상기 롤러드레그는 절곡된 패널 형태의 지지브라켓과, 상기 지지브라켓의 측면으로 회전축에 의해 회전 가능하게 장착된 롤러로 이루어진다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 후크와 달리 파레트의 하방으로 돌출되지 않는 저크를 사용하고, 상기 저크와 안정적으로 결속되는 롤러드레그를 사용함으로써 차고가 높은 차종의 경우에도 차량과 저크가 간섭되지 않기 때문에, 차량이 훼손되는 현상을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고, 이와 같이 차고가 높은 차량의 경우에도 차량과 저크가 간섭되지 않기 때문에 주차타워의 한정된 층고 내에서 격납실을 높게 구성하지 않고도 충분한 격납실을 확보할 수 있게 된다.
