The present invention relates to a door inside handle of a vehicle. In the conventional art, there is a problem that a space between a housing and a knob is narrow and a door cannot be opened quickly in the case of a passenger with a large hand. The door inside handle of a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a housing (100) installed on a surface of a door trim and provided with a shaft coupling hole (110) at one front side; a knob (200) installed in the housing (100) to rotate a lever unit (220) with respect to a shaft unit (210) coupled to the shaft coupling hole (110), and provided with a cable binding bracket (230) protruding to the outside of the housing (100) at one side surface of the shaft unit (210) to operate a handle cable (300); a torsion spring (400) installed in the shaft coupling hole (110) to apply tension for returning to an original position to the knob (200); and a cover (500) coupled to a rear surface of the shaft coupling hole (110) of the housing (100) to block the shaft coupling hole (110), and provided with a spring hanging hole (510) at one end thereof such that one end of the torsion spring (400) is engaged and hung thereto. The door inside handle of a vehicle of the present invention has a structure in which a door is opened when the lever unit (220) of the knob (200) is rotated, and thus regardless of physical conditions of a passenger, even a passenger with a large hand can easily and quickly open a door.
본 발명은 자동차의 도어 인사이드 핸들에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 하우징과 노브의 사이가 협소하여 손이 큰 탑승자의 경우에는 신속하게 도어를 열을 수 없는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차용 도어 인사이드 핸들을 구성함에 있어서, 도어트림 표면에 설치되며, 정면 일측에 축결합공(110)이 구비된 하우징(100); 축결합공(110)에 결합되는 축부(210)를 중심으로 레버부(220)가 회전하도록 하우징(100) 내에 설치되며, 하우징(100) 외부로 돌출되는 케이블결착용 브라켓(230)이 축부(210) 일측면에 구비되어 핸들케이블(300)을 동작시키는 노브(200); 축결합공(110) 내에 설치되어 노브(200)에 원위치 복귀용 장력을 부여하는 비틀림스프링(400); 하우징(100)의 축결합공(110) 이면에 결합되어 축결합공(110)을 막아주며, 일단에 스프링걸이공(510)이 구비되어 비틀림스프링(400)의 일단이 끼워져 걸리는 커버(500);로 구성된 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 노브(200)의 레버부(220)를 회전시키면 도어가 열리는 구조이므로 탑승자의 신체조건에 상관 없이 즉, 손이 큰 탑승자의 경우에도 손쉽고 신속하게 게 도어를 열을 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
The present invention relates to a door inside handle of a vehicle. In the conventional art, there is a problem that a space between a housing and a knob is narrow and a door cannot be opened quickly in the case of a passenger with a large hand. The door inside handle of a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a housing (100) installed on a surface of a door trim and provided with a shaft coupling hole (110) at one front side; a knob (200) installed in the housing (100) to rotate a lever unit (220) with respect to a shaft unit (210) coupled to the shaft coupling hole (110), and provided with a cable binding bracket (230) protruding to the outside of the housing (100) at one side surface of the shaft unit (210) to operate a handle cable (300); a torsion spring (400) installed in the shaft coupling hole (110) to apply tension for returning to an original position to the knob (200); and a cover (500) coupled to a rear surface of the shaft coupling hole (110) of the housing (100) to block the shaft coupling hole (110), and provided with a spring hanging hole (510) at one end thereof such that one end of the torsion spring (400) is engaged and hung thereto. 본 발명은 자동차의 도어 인사이드 핸들에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 하우징과 노브의 사이가 협소하여 손이 큰 탑승자의 경우에는 신속하게 도어를 열을 수 없는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차용 도어 인사이드 핸들을 구성함에 있어서, 도어트림 표면에 설치되며, 정면 일측에 축결합공(110)이 구비된 하우징(100); 축결합공(110)에 결합되는 축부(210)를 중심으로 레버부(220)가 회전하도록 하우징(100) 내에 설치되며, 하우징(100) 외부로 돌출되는 케이블결착용 브라켓(230)이 축부(210) 일측면에 구비되어 핸들케이블(300)을 동작시키는 노브(200); 축결합공(110) 내에 설치되어 노브(200)에 원위치 복귀용 장력을 부여하는 비틀림스프링(400); 하우징(100)의 축결합공(110) 이면에 결합되어 축결합공(110)을 막아주며, 일단에 스프링걸이공(510)이 구비되어 비틀림스프링(400)의 일단이 끼워져 걸리는 커버(500);로 구성된 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 노브(200)의 레버부(220)를 회전시키면 도어가 열리는 구조이므로 탑승자의 신체조건에 상관 없이 즉, 손이 큰 탑승자의 경우에도 손쉽고 신속하게 게 도어를 열을 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
