The present invention relates to an outer packaging material for a vacuum insulation panel, a construction vacuum insulation panel using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, when the vacuum insulation panel is manufactured by using the outer packaging material for a vacuum insulation panel, an adhesive construction process of the outer packaging material and a forming agent can be eliminated, and structural reinforcement can be minimized since the vacuum insulation panel is lighter than the conventional insulation panels. In addition, an internal effective usage space of a building can be wider than that of a building applied with the conventional insulation panels. The outer packaging material comprises: a heat fusion layer; a first adhesive layer; a gas blocking layer; a second adhesive layer; a moisture blocking layer; and a sealant layer.
본 발명은 진공단열패널용 외피재, 이를 이용한 건축용 진공단열패널 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 본 발명의 진공단열패널용 외피재를 이용하여 진공단열패널 제조시, 외피재와 발포체의 접착 시공 공정을 생략할 수 있고, 기존 단열패널 보다 경량성이 우수하여 구조적 보강을 최소화할 수 있으며, 기존 단열패널을 적용한 건축물 보다 건축물의 내부 유효 사용공간을 확장시킬 수 있는 건축용 진공단열패널 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
