Inspection passageway facility of bridge
The present invention provides a bridge maintenance and inspection facility capable of being stably installed in a girder side longitudinal beam of a bridge, improving the supporting force of a footplate assembly, facilitating assembly of a footplate, and enhancing stability without swing. According to one proper embodiment of the present invention, a bridge maintenance and inspection facility supported in a lateral beam installed on a box girder side of a bridge at each predetermined interval comprises: a hanger assembly coupled to the lateral beam with a predetermined width to be able to be assembled/disassembled; a main post connecting one end to two positions of each hanger assembly to be placed in a vertical lower side, thus all four main posts are installed in each lateral beam; a double hollow channel coupled to a bottom part of the main post to be lengthily disposed in a longitudinal direction as much as a length of the box girder; a footplate support connected to the double hollow channel via the angle at each predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction to be disposed in a lateral direction; a footplate assembly fixated and installed on an upper surface of the footplate support to be disposed in the longitudinal direction to provide the bottom of an inspection passage; a sub post disposed in the double hollow channel at each predetermined interval to be vertically fixated; and a guide rail vertically connected to the sub post at each predetermined height to be disposed in the longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 교량 거더측 가로빔에 안정적으로 설치가 가능하고, 발판 조립체의 지지력을 향상하고, 발판의 조립이 용이하며, 흔들거림 없는 안전성이 향상되도록 한 교량 유지 점검 시설물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 교량의 박스 거더측에 일정 간격마다 설치된 가로빔에 지지되어 있는 교량 유지 점검 시설에 있어서, 상기 가로빔에 각기 일정한 폭을 가지고 분해 조립 가능하게 결합되어 있는 행거 조립체와; 일단이 행거 조립체의 각기 2개소에 연결되어 수직 하방으로 놓여져 1개소의 가로빔마다 모두 4개가 구비된 메인포스트와; 상기 메인포스트의 하단부에 결합되어 종축방향으로 박스 거더의 길이만큼 길게 배치되어 있는 더블 중공형 채널과; 상기 더블 중공형 채널에 앵글을 매개로 길이방향으로 일정 간격마다 연결되어 횡축방향으로 배치되어 있는 발판 지지대와; 상기 발판 지지대의 상면에 고정 설치되어 종축방향으로 배치되어 점검통로의 바닥을 제공하는 발판 조립체와; 상기 더블 중공형 채널에 일정 간격마다 배치되어 수직으로 고정되어 있는 서브포스트와; 상기 서브포스트에 일정 높이마다 직각 방향으로 연결되어 종축방향으로 배치되어 있는 가이드레일을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a bridge maintenance and inspection facility capable of being stably installed in a girder side longitudinal beam of a bridge, improving the supporting force of a footplate assembly, facilitating assembly of a footplate, and enhancing stability without swing.
