A move type of worktable carriage for tunnel soundproof wall
The present invention relates to a work truck allowing work for installing and repairing a soundproof wall of a tunnel while a vehicle runs. The work truck comprises: a pair of vertical frames installed to be erected on both sides of a road to allow a vehicle to be driven; and a cover frame having both sides fixed to upper ends of the vertical frames, respectively, and having a work space formed on the upper surface thereof. The work truck has a plurality of solid wheels installed on lower ends of the vertical frames, has ascending/descending dampers installed on the lower ends of the vertical frames to maintain horizontality of the cover frame with respect to the ground while moving frontwards and backwards by a hydraulic pressure or a pneumatic force, and allows at least two of the solid wheels to be rotated by power of a motor by a driving means. Each solid wheel is controlled by a hydraulic brake means. The work truck is able to rapidly move in a tunnel soundproof installation section and conveniently move when performing work in a curved tunnel.
본 발명은 차량 주행 상태에서의 터널 방음벽 설치 및 보수 작업이 가능한 작업대차에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차량 주행이 가능하도록 도로 양쪽 변에 세워져 설치되는 한 쌍의 수직프레임과, 양단이 상기 수직프레임의 상단에 각각 고정되며 상면에 작업공간이 형성되는 덮개프레임으로 이루어지는 작업대차에 있어서, 상기 수직프레임의 하단에 복수개의 솔리드 바퀴를 설치하고; 상기 수직프레임의 하단에 유압 또는 공압력으로 전후진 되면서 지면에 대해 상기 덮개프레임이 수평을 유지하도록 승하강댐퍼를 설치하며; 상기 솔리드 바퀴 중 적어도 2개 이상이 구동수단에 따른 구동모터의 동력으로 회전되도록 하며; 상기 솔리드 바퀴가 유압 브레이크 수단을 통해 각기 제어됨을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 터널 방음벽 설치구간에서 빠르게 이동할 수 있고 또한 곡선 터널 작업에서도 이동성이 편리한 장점이 있다.
