Composition and construction method of nonflammable surface finishing materials for preventing fire spread on exterior insulation layer
The present invention relates to a fire resistant surface finishing material composition for preventing fire spread of an insulation layer in a building outer wall and a construction method of a fire resistant surface finishing material, wherein the fire resistant surface finishing material composition is capable of effectively suppressing rapid spread of the fire along the insulating material by safely protecting an insulating material from the fire when a fire breaks out from an opening part divided into fire sections. The fire resistant surface finishing material composition according to the present invention, as a lightweight fire resistant surface finishing material composition for preventing fire spread of the building outer wall, comprises 10 to 40 wt% of cement, 10 to 40 wt% of fly ash, 10 to 30 wt% of lightweight fine aggregate, 10 to 50 wt% of an alkali activator, and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of at least one of a glass short fiber and a basalt short fiber.
본 발명은 건축물 외벽 단열층의 화재확산 방지를 위한 내화성 표면마감재의 조성물 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 방화구획으로 구획된 개구부 화재 발생시 화재로부터 단열재를 안전하게 보호하여 단열재를 따라 화재가 급속히 전파되는 것을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 의한 내화성 표면마감재의 조성물은, 건축물 외벽의 화재확산을 방지하기 위한 경량 내화성 표면마감재의 조성물로서, 시멘트 10~40중량%, 플라이애시 10~40중량%, 경량 잔골재 10~30중량%, 알칼리 자극제 10~50중량%, 유리 단섬유와 현무암 단섬유 중 적어도 어느 하나를 0.1~0.5중량%를 포함하여 이루어진다.
