ZnO ZnO-BASED VARISTOR COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND VARISTOR THEREOF
The present invention discloses a ZnO-based varistor composition excluding the content of Bi_2O_3, V_2O_5, Pr_6O_11 and Pr_2O_3. The composition according to the present invention contains 98.0 to 99.9 at% of ZnO, 0.1 to 2 at% of BiVO_4, 0.2 to 3 at% of Co_3O_4 or 0.2 to 3 at% of Mn_3O_4. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain a high nonlinear coefficient and a low leakage current and reduce manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 BiO, VO, PrO및 PrO의 함유를 배제하는 ZnO계 바리스터 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 상기 조성물은 ZnO 98.0~99.9 at%와, BiVO0.1~2 at%와, CoO0.2~3 at% 또는 MnO0.2~3 at%를 포함한다.
