According to the present invention, a slab panel support device comprises: holders (10) installed along upper ends of both sides of wall panels (11) facing each other; connection plates (20) installed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the holders (10); a support part (30) installed between the holders (10) facing each other to support a slab panel (22); a support (40) installed on a lower portion of the support part (30) to support the support part (30); and a connection bar (50) having a connection plate coupling hole (51) on one side thereof to be pin-coupled to the connection plates (20), and having a support part coupling hole (52) on the other side thereof to be pin-coupled to an end of the support part (30) and connect the connection plates (20) and the support part (30). The support part (30) has a tube structure with an internal space to accommodate the connection bar (50), and includes a cut open groove (31) cut on an upper surface of both ends of the support part (30) to prevent disturbance of a movement of the rotating connection bar (50). A bolt head holding groove (32) consisting of a narrow entrance (321) and an expanded internal space (322) is longitudinally formed on a lower portion of the support part (30) in a longitudinal direction. A support fixing bolt (33) is held on the bolt head holding groove (32) to be coupled while a screw portion (332) protrudes below the support part (30). A fixing nut (34) is coupled to the support fixing bolt (33) protruding below the support part (30) to fix the support fixing bolt (33) on a predetermined position.
본 발명은 대면하는 벽체 판넬(11) 양측 상단을 따라 각각 설치되는 거치대(10); 상기 거치대(10) 각각의 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 연결플레이트(20); 대면하는 상기 거치대(10) 사이에 설치되어, 슬라브 판넬(22)을 지지하는 지지대(30); 상기 지지대(30)의 하부에 설치되어 지지대(30)를 지지하는 서포트(40); 및, 일측에 연결플레이트결합공(51)이 구비되어 상기 연결플레이트(20)와 핀결합되고, 타측에 지지대결합공(52)이 구비되어 상기 지지대(30) 단부에 핀결합되면서 상기 연결플레이트(20)와 상기 지지대(30)를 연결시키는 연결바(50);를 포함하여 구성되며, 지지대(30)는 연결바(50)를 수용하는 내부 공간이 마련된 튜브 구조로서 지지대(30)의 양측 단부의 상부면에는 회동하는 연결바(50)의 거동을 방해하지 않도록 절개된 절개개방홈(31)이 구비되고, 지지대(30)의 하부에는 좁은 입구(321)와 확장된 내부공간(322)으로 이루어진 볼트머리거치홈부(32)가 길이 방향으로 길게 형성되고, 서포트고정볼트(33)는 볼트머리거치홈부(32)에 거치되어 나사부(332)가 지지대(30)이 하부로 돌출된 상태로 결합되고, 고정너트(34)는 지지대(30)의 하부로 돌출된 서포트고정볼트(33)에 체결되어 서포트고정볼트(33)를 미리 설정된 위치에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
According to the present invention, a slab panel support device comprises: holders (10) installed along upper ends of both sides of wall panels (11) facing each other; connection plates (20) installed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the holders (10); a support part (30) installed between the holders (10) facing each other to support a slab panel (22); a support (40) installed on a lower portion of the support part (30) to support the support part (30); and a connection bar (50) having a connection plate coupling hole (51) on one side thereof to be pin-coupled to the connection plates (20), and having a support part coupling hole (52) on the other side thereof to be pin-coupled to an end of the support part (30) and connect the connection plates (20) and the support part (30).
