TOP DOWN CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a top down construction method of an underground structure in which a new external wall is newly built on an inward location of a conventional external wall of an underground structure, or the new external wall is newly built on an installation location of the conventional external wall, or the new external wall is newly built in an outward location of the conventional external wall. According to the present invention, a demolition process of the conventional structure and a new construction of a new underground structure are processed at the same time in a reconstruction process. Thus, demolition and new construction of the external wall and a slab are repeated by floor in a lower direction to newly construct the new external wall on the inward location, the same location, or the outward location of the conventional external wall such that demolition of a conventional underground structure is performed while the new underground structure is constructed at the same time, thereby capable of reducing construction period for demolition and new construction of the underground structure and construction costs.
본 발명은 지하구조물의 기존 외벽의 내향위치에 신규 외벽을 신설하거나, 기존 외벽의 설치위치에 신규 외벽을 신설하거나, 기존 외벽의 외향위치에 신규 외벽을 신설하는 지하구조물의 탑다운 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 재건축 공사에서 기존 지하구조물의 철거공사와 신규 지하구조물의 신설공사를 함께 진행하는 지하구조물의 탑다운 시공방법이다. 따라서 본 발명은 외벽과 슬래브의 해체 및 신설을 하향의 층별로 반복하여 기존 외벽의 내향위치, 동일위치 또는 외향위치에 신규 외벽를 신설함으로써, 기존 지하구조물의 철거와 동시에 신규 지하구조물을 시공하여 지하구조물의 해체 및 신설의 시공기간을 단축시키는 동시에 시공비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
