Slim smart key for vehicle
A card type smart key for vehicles is disclosed. The card type smart key for vehicles of the present invention is comprised of: a case made of a thermosetting resin material, one end of which is open, wherein one side of a printed circuit board with a switch and an electric element mounted thereon is exposed by forming only the other side of the printed circuit board with an epoxy molding compound (EMC) and inserting the same; and a decorating unit formed to have a size corresponding to an opening hole of the case and coupled to cover the opening hole. The decorating unit includes a plate type reinforcement layer of a thermosetting resin or a silicon material in which a receiving unit is engraved by corresponding to a switch and an electric device and a pusher is embossed on a surface of the receiving unit, facing the switch of the receiving unit in which the switch is received. As a result, a switch, an electric device, etc. can be easily mounted and an improved switch operation feeling can be provided.
차량용 카드형 스마트키가 개시된다. 본 발명의 차량용 카드형 스마트키는, 스위치 및 전기 소자를 실장한 인쇄회로기판의 한 쪽이 노출되도록 상기 인쇄회로기판의 다른 한 쪽만 EMC(Epoxy Molding Compound)로 성형하여 인서트시킨 일면이 개구된 열경화성 수지재질의 케이스 및 케이스의 개구에 대응되는 크기로 형성되고 개구를 덮도록 결합되는 데코부를 포함하며, 데코부는 스위치 및 전기 소자에 대응하여 수용부가 음각 성형되고 수용부 중 상기 스위치가 수용되는 수용부의 스위치와 마주하는 면에 누름자가 양각 성형된 열가소성 수지 또는 실리콘 재질의 판형 보강층을 포함하는 구성을 이룸으로써, 스위치 및 전기 소자 등의 실장이 용이하고 개선된 스위치 조작감을 제공할 수 있다.
