According to one embodiment of the present invention, an outer insulating metal panel using a block type laminated structure comprises: a front steel plate; a rear steel plate separated from the front steel plate in a second direction; an upper protruding part protruding in a first direction intersecting the second direction from an upper side surface of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; a lower recess part recessed in the first direction from a lower side surface of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; a side end protruding part for protruding in a third direction intersecting the first direction and the second direction from a first side surface of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; and a side end recess part recessed in the third direction from a second side surface of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate. At least one gasket is disposed on at least one of a lower end surface of the lower recess part and a side end surface of the side recess part. Like this, the outer insulating metal panel using a block type laminated structure is formed in a block type structure, thereby efficiently securing leakage prevention and condensation prevention performance.
