The present invention relates to a loose lay tile including a lower plate, an upper plate and a hot-melt adhesive layer for piling the lower and upper plates. The lower plate comprises: a non-slip sheet as a base; a first impregnated sheet for dimensional stabilization laminated on the non-slip sheet; and a first non-foamed sheet for controlling thickness laminated on the first impregnated sheet. The upper plate comprises: a second non-foamed sheet laminated with the first non-foamed sheet by the hot-melt adhesive layer and provided for controlling thickness; a third non-foamed sheet laminated on the second non-foamed sheet for controlling thickness; a second impregnated sheet for dimensional stabilization laminated on the third non-foamed sheet; a transfer printing layer formed on the second impregnated sheet; a top sheet laminated on the second impregnated sheet to protect the transfer printing layer; and a UV coating layer formed on an upper surface of the top sheet.
본 발명은 루스 레이 타일에 관한 것으로, 하판과 상판 및 이들을 합판시키는 핫멜트접착층을 포함하는 루스 레이 타일로서, 상기 하판은 기저인 논슬립시트, 상기 논슬립시트 위에 합판되는 치수안정화용 제1함침시트, 상기 제1함침시트 위에 합판되는 두께 조절용 제1비발포시트로 이루어지고; 상기 상판은 상기 핫멜트접착층을 통해 상기 제1비발포시트와 합판되며 두께 조절을 위해 구비되는 제2비발포시트, 상기 제2비발포시트 위에 합판되는 두께 조절용 제3비발포시트, 상기 제3비발포시트 위에 합판되며 치수안정화용 제2함침시트, 상기 제2함침시트 위에 형성되는 전사인쇄층, 상기 전사인쇄층을 보호하도록 제2함침시트 상면에 합판되는 상지시트, 상기 상지시트의 상면에 도포 형성되는 UV코팅층으로 이루어진 루스 레이 타일을 제공한다.
