MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ECO-FRIENDLY FLOOR MATERIAL USING CORK AND LOESS
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an eco-friendly flooring material using cork and loess, and more specifically, comprises: a first soaking step of soaking cork in a first loess mixture; a first drying step of drying the cork soaked through the first soaking step; a second soaking step of soaking the dried cork into a second loess mixture through the first drying step; a second drying step of drying the cork soaked through the second soaking step; a step of coating a coating agent mixture on the surface of the dried cork through the second drying step; and a third drying step of drying the cork coated with the coating agent mixture through the coating step. The eco-friendly flooring material produced through the above process emits far-infrared rays and is excellent in flame-retardant, elasticity and antibacterial property, and thus can be applied to a playground, a walkway, a bicycle road, and can be used as a filler for artificial lawn.
본 발명은 코르크 및 황토를 이용한 친환경 바닥재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 코르크를 제1황토혼합물에 수침하는 제1수침단계, 상기 제1수침단계를 통해 수침된 코르크를 건조하는 제1건조단계, 상기 제1건조단계를 통해 건조된 코르크를 제2황토혼합물에 수침하는 제2수침단계, 상기 제2수침단계를 통해 수침된 코르크를 건조하는 제2건조단계, 상기 제2건조단계를 통해 건조된 코르크의 표면에 코팅제 혼합물을 코팅하는 코팅단계 및 상기 코팅단계를 통해 코팅제 혼합물이 코팅된 코르크를 건조하는 제3건조단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 친환경 바닥재는 원적외선을 방출하며, 난연성, 탄성 및 항균성이 우수하기 때문에, 놀이터, 산책로, 자전거 도로에 적용가능하며, 인조잔디용 충전재로도 사용이 가능하다.
